Please use the same email address associated with your UniPiano account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Account information
  • Profile data
  • Lesson progress
  • User preferences

What we briefly retain

  • Subscription & transaction records
  • Technical logs & backup snapshots

Retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, or financial compliance — auto-deleted within 90 days unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Prefer to email us instead?

Send an email to support@unipiano.com with the subject line “Delete My Account”, from the email address associated with your UniPiano account. We’ll confirm receipt and process your request within 30 days.

You can also delete your account directly inside the UniPiano app: Settings → Account → Delete account.
